Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For international orders, to return a product, you must inform us within 15 days of receiving the product. A return request must be sent to info@quirkloom.com along with the image of the product received. Once your return request is received and accepted, you can return any unused items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (provided the items are in a new and unused condition). Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded. The customer would be responsible for any, and all customs duties applicable at the time of delivery and returns.
